We are expanding our Operations team in Armenia and are seeking a motivated Operations Support Specialist to join us. In this role, you will play a key part in ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of our operations by supporting customers and contractors, monitoring live operations, resolving issues, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver an exceptional service experience.

Responsibilities

• Manage customer and contractor conversations through Intercom, providing timely, accurate, and solution-focused support.
• Monitor live orders and proactively identify, investigate, and resolve operational issues to ensure a seamless experience for customers and contractors.
• Detect, report, and assist in troubleshooting technical issues, system errors, and bugs, escalating issues where needed.
• Support day-to-day operational workflows by ensuring tasks are completed efficiently and in line with company standards.
• Follow company procedures, policies, and quality standards to maintain operational excellence.
• Collaborate closely with other support and operational teams, Product, Engineering, and other cross-functional teams to ensure efficient workflows and continuous service improvements.
• Provide actionable feedback to relevant teams to improve operational processes, tools, and overall service quality.
•  Perform additional duties as required to support operational excellence and business objectives.

Requirements

• Up to 2 years of experience in operations, customer support, logistics, or a similar role.
• Excellent written and spoken English.
• Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to assess situations quickly and make effective decisions.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-first mindset.
• Ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams in a fast-paced environment.
• Availability to work night shifts (not overnight) and weekends.
• Familiarity with Intercom, Google Workspace, and other technology tools; experience working in a tech startup is an advantage.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
