Pay is $16.75 per hour PLUS an additional $2.00 for the shift differential.

Data Collector 

Job Description Summary 

The Data Collector is responsible for accurately collecting, recording, and reporting production, inventory, and operational data to support plant performance, quality, and compliance. This position plays a key role in ensuring data integrity while maintaining a safe work environment and adhering to company policies and procedures. 

 

Key Responsibilities 

• Collect and record production, inventory, quality, and operational data accurately and timely 

• Verify data for completeness, accuracy, and consistency before submission 

• Enter data into designated computer systems, spreadsheets, or reporting tools 

• Monitor production processes and record observations, counts, and variances 

• Communicate data discrepancies, trends, or issues to supervisors or management 

• Maintain organized records and documentation in accordance with plant requirements 

• Support audits, reports, and continuous improvement initiatives as requested 

• Work closely with Production, Quality, Inventory, and Shipping departments 

• Follow all plant safety rules, OSHA regulations, and company policies 

• Maintain confidentiality and integrity of operational data 

• Perform other duties as assigned 

 

Physical Demands and Work Requirements 

• Ability to stand and walk throughout the shift as required 

• Ability to move between production, warehouse, and office areas 

• Ability to bend, reach, and perform light physical tasks as needed 

• Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment with varying temperatures, noise, and odors 

• Use of required personal protective equipment (PPE) 

 

Work Schedule 

• Must be available to work assigned shifts 

• Overtime, weekends, and holidays may be required based on operational needs
