smartmicro US is seeking a detail-oriented, certified finance professional to oversee day-to-day financial operations at our North American headquarters in Apopka, FL. As a global innovator in high-performance radar sensor technology for traffic management and automotive applications, we require a Certified Public Bookkeeper to maintain precise accounting records, streamline cash flow, and ensure local and federal tax compliance.

## Deine Aufgaben

• Manage end-to-end full-charge bookkeeping, including general ledger maintenance, journal entries, and month-end closes.
• Handle Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR), ensuring timely vendor payments, client invoicing, and collections.
• Perform monthly reconciliations for all bank accounts, credit cards, and inventory balances.
• Coordinate local payroll administration, employee expense reimbursements, and state tax filings.
• Prepare accurate monthly, quarterly, and year-end financial statements for corporate reporting and external tax CPA review.
• Ensure strict adherence to US GAAP standards, Florida sales tax regulations, and internal financial controls.
• Track inventory movements, import/export documentation fees, and equipment logistics costs.

## Deine Stärken

• **Certification:** Active Certified Public Bookkeeper (CPB) license or equivalent credential required.
• **Experience:** 3–5 years of full-charge bookkeeping experience, preferably within technology, hardware distribution, or manufacturing sectors.
• **Technical Skills:** Advanced proficiency in QuickBooks (Online/Enterprise) or ERP platforms (SAP/NetSuite), plus strong MS Excel capabilities.
• **Knowledge:** In-depth understanding of standard accounting principles, Florida state tax requirements, and multi-state payroll practices.
• **Soft Skills:** High attention to detail, strong problem-solving skills, and a commitment to maintaining confidential data.
