What your day-to-day will look like:

• System Maintenance: Perform complex troubleshooting, routine inspections, and repairs on electrical, mechanical, HVAC, or other related fields

• Team Supervision: Guide, train, and support junior technicians, delegating daily tasks and ensuring workflow safety.

• Contractor Management: Monitor external vendors and contractors during facility upgrades or specialized equipment installations.

• Compliance & Reporting: Enforce local safety regulations, maintain operational logs, and report repair progress or equipment faults to management

Required Skills and Experience:

• Certificate of Registration of Electrical Worker (Grade:A/B)

• Minimum 5 years experience in property maintenance

On-site –Hong Kong, SAR, China
