Position Summary
Apex Service Partners is seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist to help attract, engage, and hire top talent across our operations in Utah and Nevada. This role will partner closely with hiring managers to understand staffing needs, source qualified candidates, and create an exceptional candidate experience from first conversation through onboarding.
This position reports directly to the Regional Talent Acquisition Manager and works closely with branch leadership to support hiring initiatives across the business.
Responsibilities
- Manage full-cycle recruiting for trade, office, and leadership positions.
- Post and manage job openings within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
- Source, screen, and qualify candidates through multiple recruiting channels.
- Partner with hiring managers to understand workforce needs and develop recruiting strategies.
- Build and maintain talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs.
- Ensure an efficient, positive, and engaging candidate experience.
- Assist with recruiting forecasts and workforce planning.
- Track recruiting metrics and provide reporting to leadership.
- Support employer branding through social media, community outreach, and recruiting events.
- Help strengthen recruiting processes and identify opportunities for continuous improvement.
- Represent Apex Service Partners professionally within the local community while building relationships with schools, trade programs, military organizations, and industry partners.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
- 1+ years of recruiting experience in corporate recruiting or a staffing agency.
- Experience recruiting within the skilled trades, construction, plumbing, HVAC, electrical, home services, restoration, or related industries is a PLUS!
- Experience using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruiting platforms.
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
- Highly organized with excellent time management.
- Comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Self-motivated with a positive attitude and collaborative mindset.

- Position is Hybrid. Monthly local travel is required. Candidate must live in Utah or Nevada.

PAY TRANSPARENCY:
The hourly pay opportunity for this role ranges $70K-$75K DOE (Performance Bonus Opportunity). The actual pay is dependent upon many factors, such as training, transferable skills, work experience, business needs, and market demands. Other rewards may include incentive plan opportunities and annual bonus eligibility.
