The Kensington Hotel is looking for an energetic and experienced Restaurant Supervisor to join our team! This is a great opportunity for a hospitality professional who enjoys being hands-on, working with guests, and helping a restaurant team deliver exceptional service.

As a Supervisor, you'll be an important part of the daily operation of our restaurant helping lead the team, supporting our servers and bartenders, working closely with management and the kitchen, and making sure every guest has a positive dining experience.

  What You'll Be Doing:

• Lead and support the restaurant team in providing friendly, efficient, and exceptional table service.
• Help create a welcoming atmosphere where guests feel valued from the moment they arrive.
• Open and close the restaurant while completing daily opening and closing checklists.
• Work closely with management and the kitchen to coordinate staffing, supplies, and daily operations.
• Step in to address guest concerns and find solutions that turn challenges into positive experiences.
• Serve food and beverages promptly, professionally, and with genuine hospitality.
• Help maintain a fully stocked and organized bar, including liquor, mixers, condiments, paper products, and produce.
• Greet guests, take beverage orders, and confidently recommend drinks and menu selections.
• Prepare and serve beverages using standard recipes, proper garnishes, and responsible portion control.
• Follow all state, federal, and company requirements regarding alcohol service.
• Accurately enter food and beverage orders into the POS system and maintain guest checks.
• Process cash and credit transactions accurately and responsibly.
• Complete cash drops and end-of-shift procedures and ensure restaurant funds are properly secured.
• Make sure the restaurant, bar, and equipment are clean, organized, stocked, and ready for the next shift.
• Jump in wherever needed to help the team succeed!
