As a Security Officer Armed Quality Control in Boca Raton, FL, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Residential, and more. As an Armed Security Officer at a residential country club community, you will monitor access points, verify credentials, and maintain a visible presence to help deter security-related incidents. - Provide customer service to residents, guests, vendors, and visitors by carrying out site-specific access-control procedures, policies, and emergency response activities when appropriate.
- Monitor entry and exit points, verify visitor and vendor authorization, and maintain accurate access-related logs and records.
- Respond to incidents, resident concerns, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner; notify appropriate personnel and emergency responders as needed.
- Conduct regular and random patrols of residential common areas, access points, parking areas, and perimeter locations to help deter unauthorized activity.
- Communicate professionally with residents and visitors while enforcing community access requirements and reporting unusual conditions or policy violations.
Minimum Requirements:
- Possess at least 2 years of corrections, law enforcement, military police, or corrections experience.
- Possess an armed guard card or license.
- Be at least 21 years of age.
- A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
- Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
- As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
- Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
- As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
- Participate in industry-specific security training programs.
- Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
- A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
