Summary:
In the role of Business Architect, a typical day involves leading comprehensive evaluations of the current business environment to uncover opportunities that can deliver measurable value to the client. This includes engaging with stakeholders to understand overarching customer needs, designing appropriate business solutions and frameworks to support these needs, and crafting detailed business cases that align with the strategic vision. The role requires a thoughtful approach to shaping business structures and ensuring that proposed initiatives are well-founded and positioned for successful implementation.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams.
- Facilitate communication between business units and technical teams to ensure alignment of objectives and deliverables.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives by analyzing business processes and recommending enhancements.
- Support junior team members by providing guidance and fostering a collaborative learning environment.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Dynamics 365 ERP Technical.
- Strong analytical skills to assess business processes and identify areas for improvement.
- Experience in designing and implementing enterprise resource planning solutions.
- Ability to translate complex business requirements into technical specifications.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with a focus on scalable and sustainable solutions.
- Effective communication skills to engage with diverse teams and stakeholders.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 7 years of experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 ERP Technical.
- This position is based at our DDC5E - SEZ location.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
