WE ARE HIRING: SERVICENOW TECHNICAL DEVELOPER / CONSULTANT
6 months contract
Johannesburg-Hybrid
We are looking for an experienced ServiceNow Technical Developer / Consultant with a strong background in the implementation, development, and configuration of the ServiceNow Operational Health and Safety module and capabilities.
Key Focus Areas
The role will focus specifically on the digitisation and automation of Workplace Inspections and Audit processes, including:
Workplace inspection processes
Audit processes
Checklists
Registers
Appointment letters
Certificates
The role will also involve the development and implementation of a digital platform that enables contractors to:
Upload safety files
Submit files for review and approval
Support Occupational Health and Safety (OHS) specialists in the review and approval process
Required Skills & Experience
ServiceNow technical development and consultation skills
Experience in ServiceNow implementation, development, and configuration
Experience with the ServiceNow Operational Health and Safety module and capabilities
Experience in digitisation and automation of Workplace Inspection and Audit processes
Experience developing digital platforms and automated workflows
Understanding of OHS processes and requirements
Experience with contractor safety file submission, review, and approval processes
