Trinity Health Of New England Medical Group (THOfNE) is seeking a Financial Planning Analyst to support business planning, forecasting, strategic initiatives, and financial analysis across the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and evaluate business plans, financial models, and growth opportunities.
- Support quarterly and annual forecasting, budgeting, and strategic financial planning.
- Analyze financial and operational performance, identify trends, and recommend improvements.
- Partner with operational leaders on key initiatives and performance benchmarking.
- Prepare reports, track key metrics, and support special projects for Finance Leadership.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Healthcare Administration, or related field preferred.
- 4+ years of healthcare finance or financial planning experience preferred.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Advanced Excel skills, including PivotTables and VLOOKUPs/XLOOKUPs.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience with Axiom, Quick Base, or similar financial planning tools is a plus.
- Ability to pass drug screenings and background checks
