What would you do? • This position will be responsible for selecting and contracting the suppliers in support of spot buy transactions to ensure fair value on the purchase and savings to the client. • You will be working as a part of Procurement management team which uses a systematic approach for buying all the goods and services needed for a company to stay sustainable They are involved in the identification of need finding and qualifying the suppliers requesting proposals negotiating with suppliers contracting delivery and analyzing results • A systematic approach used for buying all the goods and services needed for a particular project or for the company generally to stay sustainable. • It consists of: the identification of need; finding and qualifying the suppliers; requesting proposals, negotiating with suppliers, contracting, delivery and analyzing results; and contract close.
What are we looking for? • • Graduation or Post-Graduation with 3-4 years of prior procurement experience • • Good communication and presentation skills. • • Strong understanding of latest Microsoft Office applications i.e. Word, PowerPoint, Excel and Ariba
Roles and Responsibilities: • • Meet service levels as agreed with the client on TAT & Accuracy • • Ensure quality of the process is upheld at all times • • Propose process improvement ideas and lead improvement project till closure • • Understanding of Operational Excellence practices and driving the behavior on the floor is required • • Ensure SLAs pertaining to TAT and Quality are maintained as per agreed service levels • • Ensure productivity of the team is achieved on a consistent basis • • Ensure all issues and escalations are tracked, monitored & reported as per the frequent intervals set
