General Information/Job Summary

Responsible for providing administrative, operational, and technical support to ensure smooth daily operations across the organization, as well as other miscellaneous administrative duties.

Responsibilities/Competencies

  • Provide direct support to the Logistics Manager – Business Support and Analytics across daily tasks, reporting needs, and administrative functions.
  • Assist with preparing data reports and perform basic data checks to ensure accuracy.
  • Maintain spreadsheets, databases, and other tools used in reporting and analysis.
  • Help prepare weekly, monthly, quarterly, and ad hoc reports by gathering data, formatting documents, and performing preliminary reviews.
  • Assist with monthly financial update activities by gathering project data, performing data entry, and supporting the preparation of reporting packages.
  • Conduct light audits of job details and flag inconsistencies or required corrections.
  • Help maintain workflow within the department by supporting process improvement efforts and documenting simple procedures as needed.
  • Maintain cooperative and professional relationships with employees, peers, and consumers.
  • Handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
  • Perform general office duties such as filing, scanning, and organizing digital folders.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • 1–3 years of administrative, business support, or data entry experience preferred.
  • Demonstrated written and oral communication skills
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently and as a team.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint) and intermediate Excel skills.
  • Ability to learn and navigate job management systems and databases.
  • Attention to detail with strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • High degree of discretion dealing with confidential information.
  • Professionalism and strong interpersonal skills when working with others.
  • Willingness to work some early mornings, evenings, or weekends as deadlines require.
  • Ability to travel for short business trips when needed.
