Job Description:
This job is responsible for leading the design, analysis, execution, and sustainment of strategic initiatives that support enterprise goals within a business segment. Key responsibilities include analyzing processes to identify improvements, coordinating project tasks, managing risks, and partnering with product, channel, and operations teams for integrated execution. Job expectations include building business cases, maintaining stakeholder relationships, supporting change management, and creating documentation to ensure transparency and long-term success.
Accountable for supporting the operational needs of the Financial Center Design and Merchandising team. Provides support to senior team leaders and partners while working closely with internal and external cross-functional partner teams.
This role is responsible for project/initiatives coordination, data gathering, robust analysis, reporting, and communications within the merchandising space. Sitting within the Financial Center Design and Merchandising team, the Customer Segment Consultant I role helps support the operational requirements of the team including 3rd party vendor setup/maintenance, invoicing management, reconciliation of POs, request intake management, stakeholder and network communications, reporting, documentation and tracking of deliverables.
This role may also include the coordination and support of small Merchandising or Design initiatives through data input/analysis, field/vendor communications, and miscellaneous administrative tasks. This role will also be responsible for supporting administrative needs of the broader design team including website access management, reporting, troubleshooting, and ongoing platform support.
Responsibilities:
Leads the design, analysis, and implementation of strategic initiatives that align with enterprise goals within a business segment
Analyzes existing processes to identify opportunities for efficiency, effectiveness, and long-term sustainability
Coordinates project tasks across teams and manage risks to ensure timely and successful delivery of initiatives
Collaborates with product, channel, and operations teams to ensure integrated execution and alignment with business objectives
Builds business cases, maintain stakeholder relationships, support change management efforts, and create documentation to promote transparency and long-term success
Required Qualifications:
3+ years of relevant experience
Advanced skills in MS PowerPoint and Excel
Knowledge of business process workflows and database-driven solutions
Intellectually curious
Strong attention to detail and commitment to data quality, documentation, and operational controls
Strategic thinking skills with ability to translate strategy into executable steps
Proven ability to effectively lead meetings, set agenda, and monitor/track deliverables
Ability to manage multiple priorities, track deliverables, and follow up on action items
Ability to interact and influence multiple stakeholders and SMEs across multiple business units, product lines or business processes
Leverages an exceptional understanding of the bank's organizational structure to navigate complex, matrixed environments, rapidly access critical information, align stakeholders, and consistently deliver results
Applies strong process design expertise to develop, manage, and optimize workflows that drive efficiency and deliver successful outcomes.
Proven ability to successfully interact, provide consultative support, and effectively influence senior leaders
Ability to effectively operate in a high demand, fast paced environment while maintaining the highest level of accuracy
Excellent written and verbal communications and presentation skills
Desired Qualifications:
Working knowledge of Airtable
Financial Center knowledge
Structured training in Business Intelligence and analytics to be able to build simple tools (queries/pivot tables) to simplify and automate repetitive tasks
