Description
ESSENTIAL DUTIES:
The position includes, but is not limited to, the following essential job duties, responsibilities and requirements:
- Review budgets for accuracy for new to industry sites
- Review construction drawings for accuracy and perform takeoffs
- Participate in bid qualifications and RFI process
- Assist in equipment ordering and procurement
- Attend project status meetings
- Attend punch walks
- Manage post opening warranty plans
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
- Self motivated and able to multi-task
- Strong communicator
- Desire to grow within the organization and step into Construction Manager role
- >5 years experience as a construction coordinator or project manager
