About the Role

At APM Terminals Pecém, we are looking for an IT Support & Infrastructure Analyst (PL) to join our Information Technology team. In this role, you will support, implement, and maintain critical IT and OT services that enable safe, reliable, and efficient terminal operations. Working closely with local, regional, and global teams, you will help ensure the availability, performance, and continuous improvement of infrastructure, networks, applications, cybersecurity, and operational technologies across our terminal environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure the availability and performance of IT/OT infrastructure, networks, communication services, servers, endpoints, and business-critical applications.
• Install, configure, maintain, and troubleshoot hardware, software, network equipment, wireless infrastructure, and end-user devices.
• Provide L1/L2 support for critical systems and applications, including TOS/Navis N4, XPS, EDI, and corporate platforms.
• Monitor IT and OT environments, proactively identifying service degradation and potential operational impacts through monitoring and alerting tools.
• Support incident resolution, root cause analysis, change management activities, cybersecurity compliance, backup processes, and disaster recovery initiatives.
• Contribute to infrastructure, networking, application, and operational technology projects in partnership with local, regional, and global teams.
• Maintain technical documentation, asset inventories, procedures, and vendor coordination activities while supporting knowledge sharing across teams.

Who We Are Looking For

• Demonstrate a strong continuous improvement mindset and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
• Hold a completed degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Bring experience supporting enterprise infrastructure, networks, systems, and end-user environments in operational or industrial settings.
• Have experience troubleshooting Windows and Linux environments, network connectivity, hardware, software, and operational technologies.
• Possess working knowledge of routing, switching, wireless technologies, infrastructure monitoring, and incident management.
• Demonstrate effective communication skills and the ability to collaborate with local, regional, and global stakeholders.
• Have intermediate English proficiency and a willingness to continuously develop language and technical capabilities.
• Be comfortable participating in an on-call rotation supporting a 24/7 operational environment.

Travel Requirements: National travel and occasional international travel may be required to support projects, implementations, training activities, and operational needs across APM Terminals locations.
