Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain the Interface Management Plan and Master Interface Register to ensure interfaces are defined, tracked, communicated, and resolved.
- Coordinate operational and technical integration between construction activities, terminal operations, contractors, consultants, and other stakeholders.
- Support planning and coordination of simultaneous operations (SimOps), shutdowns, work windows, possessions, and operational restrictions.
- Facilitate interface meetings and drive resolution of cross-functional issues, risks, dependencies, and constraints through structured escalation processes.
- Coordinate integration activities across civil works, equipment, systems, commissioning, testing, training, and operational readiness requirements.
- Monitor interface-related deliverables, dependencies, and performance against project schedules in collaboration with project controls and functional leads.
- Act as the focal coordination point for interface-related communication while supporting safe, efficient project delivery within an active terminal environment.

- Bachelor’s degree in Civil, Mechanical, or Electrical Engineering. Post-graduate studies in Project Management, Port Operations Management, or a related discipline are preferred.
- Minimum 8 years of experience delivering large-scale infrastructure or complex construction projects.
- Experience working within brownfield environments and existing operational facilities is highly valued.
- Knowledge of multidisciplinary construction workflows and project scheduling tools such as Microsoft Project or Primavera P6.
- Strong stakeholder management, negotiation, communication, leadership, and conflict-resolution capabilities.
- Experience within ports, maritime environments, or container terminals is preferred.
- Fluent written and spoken English and Spanish.
