Job Overview:
The Associate Analyst provides processing, problem-solving, reporting, and training support to the Advisory Operations team. This role works closely the QC team as well as many other departments to complete fee adjustment processing and next steps. The Associate Analyst will need to have a foundational level of knowledge of all team processes and how the various independent processes fit in the overall billing process to document and maintain processes and procedures.
Responsibilities:
Fee adjustment processing – cycle changes, terminations, rep changes, conversions
Coordination with internal departments for processing of journals, distributions, account opening, trading, compliance and performance
Meet strict deadlines with minimal supervision in a fast-paced environment
Handle escalated items in a timely and accurate manner
Resolve fee adjustment and termination inquiries and issues
Identify processes for improved efficiency and accuracy
Updating/maintaining accurate policy and procedure documents

Requirements:
0-2 years of experience in the brokerage, accounting, or financial services industry
1-2 years of experience using Microsoft Excel, including functions such as VLOOKUPs and PivotTables
1-2 years of experience using Microsoft Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint
Core Competencies:
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with keen attention to detail
Complete tasks carefully and consistently, maintaining exceptional accuracy
Ability to perform under pressure
Strong customer service skills
Adapt approach, goals and methods to achieve solutions and results in dynamic situations
Preferences:
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
Pay Range:
