Job Summary
Develop and implements strategic project initiatives relative to marketing and/or communications plans.
Essential Functions
• Participate in the strategy and implementation of marketing plans and project manage key initiatives and/or key road maps.
• Ensure the development and production of materials and outputs ensuring adherence to quality standards, deadlines, budgets, etc. Anticipate potential challenges or roadblocks and provide timely/proactive updates and alternative solutions.
• Partner with others (e.g., cross-functional areas, marketing colleagues) to ensure outcomes are aligned with marketing and client organizations' strategic plans, initiatives, objectives, etc.
• Serve as a point-of-contact for business segments or for client organizations and lead and coordinate communication deliverables across multiple channels, including direct mail, email, web, SMS, onboarding materials, and the digital member experiences.
• Support in the development and management of the annual Content Marketing calendar.
• Regarding areas of focus, has in-depth understanding of the product, initiative and objective, and consistently monitors effectiveness to ensure success.
• Translate complex information and create messaging across target audiences and tactics.
• Support and enhance member experience initiatives through the development of targeted communications that improve engagement, understanding, retention, and satisfaction throughout the member journey.
• Lead the planning, development, and execution of member-facing communication strategies and campaigns, partnering with cross-functional stakeholders to deliver clear, compliant, and effective communications that support organizational goals and enhance the member experience.
• Monitor, analyze, and report on campaign performance and engagement metrics, translating data into actionable insights and optimization recommendations to improve marketing effectiveness and achieve business objectives.
• Actively participates in safety initiatives and risk mitigating measures where appropriate and completes all position and unit safety related competencies and requirements on a timely basis.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
Required
Bachelor's Degree or equivalent In Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or related field
2 years of relevant experience in marketing or related role
Preferred
2 years of relevant experience project management experience
