Summary:
As an Operations Engineer, a typical day involves overseeing the smooth functioning of production systems and services, ensuring they meet operational requirements and service agreements. This role requires continuous monitoring, managing delivery processes, and promptly addressing any issues that arise to maintain system reliability and performance. Collaboration with various teams to coordinate activities and support operational goals is a key aspect of daily responsibilities, along with adapting to changing priorities and maintaining a focus on service quality and efficiency.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Coordinate cross-functional efforts to ensure alignment with operational objectives and service level agreements.
- Monitor system performance and implement improvements to enhance reliability and efficiency.
- Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and development.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Batch Scheduling Tools & Techniques.
- Experience with job scheduling, workload automation, and managing batch processes.
- Strong problem-solving skills related to operational system issues and service delivery.
- Ability to analyze system logs and performance metrics to identify and resolve bottlenecks.
- Familiarity with incident management and change control processes within production environments.
- Effective communication skills to collaborate with technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 8 years of experience in Batch Scheduling Tools & Techniques.
- This position is based at our CDC2A - SEZ location.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
