Brand Marketing Intern

Join Stryker's European Trauma Marketing team and gain hands-on experience supporting brand marketing, product strategy, and sales enablement initiatives. This internship offers the opportunity to work on meaningful projects that help bring innovative healthcare solutions to customers while developing practical skills in a global, collaborative environment.
 

What You Will Do

• Support the execution of brand marketing initiatives for the Trauma portfolio across the European region.
• Develop and update marketing materials that support sales activities, product positioning, and customer engagement.
• Conduct market and competitor research to identify trends, customer needs, and market opportunities.
• Analyze competitive data and prepare insights to support marketing and product strategy decisions.
• Assist with the planning and delivery of customer events, product launches, and marketing campaigns.
• Coordinate with marketing, sales, and operational teams to ensure brand consistency across materials and touchpoints.
• Contribute to the creation and maintenance of training and communication resources for internal stakeholders.
• Track project activities and support the timely delivery of marketing initiatives.
   

What You Will Need

Required Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in a bachelor's or master's degree program in Marketing, Business, Communications, Engineering, or a related field for the full duration of the internship.
• Proficiency in spoken and written English.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Package (Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint).
• Authorization to work in the European Union.
• Ability to commute to the Amsterdam office three days per week.
   

Preferred Qualifications

• Academic coursework or practical exposure in marketing, brand management, communications, product marketing, or market research.
• Experience conducting data analysis or research projects as part of academic studies.
• Familiarity with healthcare, medical technology, or related industries.

Netherlands Pay Ranges:

• Netherlands: €1.000 EUR allowance per month
