Department: Corporate Training & Economic Development
Reports To: Manager, Corporate Training & Economic Development
LOCATION: Green Bay
STANDARD HOURS: 20-24 hours per week. Scheduled hours will occur between 7:30 a.m. and 4:00 p.m. Monday through Friday, based on departmental needs.
PAY RATE: $20.69
POSITION SUMMARY
Answer inquiries and provide information to business and industry customers, visitors, and other interested parties regarding activities conducted within the Corporate Conference Center and throughout the college. Coordinate and support room reservations (internal and external) for the College and assist in various areas of the department as needed.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
Provide general clerical support for Corporate Training & Economic Development staff.
Greet internal and external customers, in person or via phone and email, and serve as the liaison between the customer and the appropriate individual. Determine nature and purpose of visit and provide the appropriate service.
Coordinate, schedule and support external room reservations and spacing requirements, prepare appropriate reservation confirmations and pricing correspondence.
Create quotes, contracts, and prepare invoices for room reservations.
Reconcile and process expense reports, payment authorizations, and pro-card purchases.
Coordinate facility and operational concerns to appropriate department.
Create student accounts and process student enrollments. Correct enrollment errors as needed.
Assist with various activities and contract support within the department.
POSITION QUALIFICATIONS
Minimum Qualifications
Education: Technical Diploma
Experience: Two years of customer service and office experience or equivalent experience.
Computer Skills
Microsoft Office
