Our Site Service Support Team plays a key role worldwide. Field Service Engineers rely on our support every day. You become a trusted partner for daily operational topics. You guide employees through time and expense processes. You help colleagues understand systems, regulations, and internal guidelines. You support managers with process-related questions and requests. Close collaboration with HR, Payroll, and Service Management is essential. You help ensure accurate and compliant process execution. How you’ll make an impact
Support Field Service Engineers with time and expense processes
Ensure compliance with company policies and regulations
Coordinate onboarding activities and system access requests
Monitor time and expense data for accuracy and completeness
Collaborate with Payroll, HR, and management to resolve issues
Your background
Commercial apprenticeship or equivalent business qualification
Experience in an administrative or support-oriented role
German and English, written and spoken
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Structured and detail-oriented working style
