Description
R&K Solutions, Inc. is seeking a motivated and qualified Real Property Policy Technical Analyst with 5+ years' experience providing DoW real property expertise and policy advice while working remotely for a Department of War customer. Individual will support the DoW and Military Services in managing real property policy, real property data structure, data consolidation and aggregation, audit, and leasing programs.

Duties
- Provide both Real Property functional and technical support to the DoW clients.
- Analyze data sets to support understanding and interpreting real property business processes.
- Assist the Real Property Subject Matter Expert (SME) in the DoD Real Property Management portfolio of systems, business operations, processes, and standards.
- Support Configuration Support Panels in meeting their responsibilities in identifying and coordinating changes to models, standards, policy, and business processes.
- Assist the SME by conducting Real Property Data Warehouse Quality Assurance on OSD data on conjunction with the data analysts, Federal Real Property Council (FRPC) and GSA.
- Plan, prepare, and schedule meetings, providing pre-meeting files and presentations, preparing and distributing post meeting minutes and reports.
- Support briefing development.
- Track and manage real property issues with multiple stakeholders from multiple offices and agencies.
- Make recommendations and implement process changes and improvements.
- Support a team of government and contractor professionals.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree, preferably in a Technical or Management discipline.
- The candidate must be US citizen.
- The candidate must be able to hold a Secret-level DoW clearance.
- Minimum 5 years of demonstrated experience in DoW Real Property management.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Suite of tools including Excel, MS Word, PowerPoint and MS Access is required.
- The candidate must have strong work ethic, the ability to work independently, the ability to collaborate with government and contract personnel.
- The candidate must have proven data analysis skills.
- Individual must be able to work on a team dedicated to achieving excellence for the government client.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills are essential. Must have ability to run meetings with multiple groups and to write at a higher headquarters / graduate level.
- The ideal candidate will be a self-starter with proven and documented success in completing objectives under challenging conditions.
Desired Qualifications
- Prior work for a Military Service facilities engineering or public works experience is a plus.
- Prior experience on a DoW or Military Service higher echelon headquarters staff is a plus.
- Proficiency working with DoD datasets is highly desirable.
- Understanding of the DoD policies / guidance and lifecycle of real property is a plus.
