Your Main Focus:

- Supervising a staff of up to 50 individuals, including Forklift operators, Order builders, and Checkers, to maintain productivity levels.
- Overseeing the loading of trucks to ensure the accuracy of pallets.
- Assisting Manager and Assistant Manager in monitoring and execution of scale and layer pick processes
- Maintaining a safe operating environment for all warehouse crew, ensuring that safety standards and protocols are enforced.
- Ensuring pick lines are properly replenished as needed.
- Maintaining the cleanliness and maintenance of the facility.
- Accurately send/receive transfers to and from other warehouses
- Maintaining the FIFO pipeline.
- Assist in the training and development of new employees.
- Ensuring that staff complete training requirements.
Position Requirements:
- Monday through Friday, 6 PM start time.
- GED at minimum. Associate degree preferred.
- Detail-oriented, with the ability to work under tight deadlines.
- Critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Familiarity with OSHA regulations.
- 1-2 years of warehousing and distribution experience in a high-volume environment.
- Minimum of 1 year of supervisory experience.
- Continuous desire to improve.
- Has experience in operating a forklift.
- Must be willing and able to work nights.
- Familiarity and comfort level with warehousing technology. EoStar and Vocalect a plus.
- Basic familiarity with Microsoft Excel and Word. Advanced skills a plus.
- Understands the concept of FIFO and has slotting experience.
- Experience working with a unionized crew.

It is not typical for offers to be made at or near the top of the range. Salary offers are based on a wide range of factors including relevant skills, training, experience, education, and, where applicable, certifications obtained. Market and organizational factors are also considered. In addition to salary and a generous employee benefits package, successful candidates are eligible to receive a discretionary bonus.
