About the team
Kinaxis is looking for a Delivery Lead with proven success in managing mid-scale programs and projects for global enterprise customers. You will have the opportunity to bring your in-depth knowledge of supply chain, technical expertise and project management abilities to delivery Maestro solution on time and on budget.
What you will do
- Participate in deep-dive customer business requirements discovery sessions and in developing required specifications documentation.
- Independently manages delivery of mid-sized workstreams using well-defined delivery standards and protocols. Leads small cross-functional teams, delegates tasks, and supports workstream planning, budgeting, and client communications under guidance from Manager.
- Makes tactical decisions within workstream scope, escalating strategic issues.
- Leads communication for assigned workstreams. Manages expectations, delivers updates, and resolves minor issues. Works closely with Delivery Managers and clients to align expectations and delivery.
- Supports project workstream planning and cross-functional coordination to meet project timelines and budgets. Suggests delivery improvements and evaluates identified risks for mitigation.
- Translates client requirements into actionable tasks for technical teams, flags issues, and applies general industry knowledge to support client context.
- Participate in documentation of solutions deployed in guidance with Solution Architects.
- Guide and mentor fellow consultants in project teams by sharing information of successful resolutions and risk mitigations.

What we are looking for
- Minimum 3-7 years Supply Chain industry experience, managing mid scale implementations in software consulting services.
- Good Technical Project Management expertise, with at least 2 years demonstrated history of implementing complex software solutions.
- Previous history delivering on multi-phase projects, rolled out over a period of 2+ years for Enterprise clients.
- Able to travel 50-75% of the time, both within India and outside.
- Ability to effectively communicate with all levels within the organization, including C-level Executives.
- Willingness to provide both a big picture view of client engagement as well as take a “roll up your sleeves” attitude towards project delivery.
- College/University degree - Business, Supply Chain, computer science, process engineering preferred.
- Previous experience working in a Management Consulting environment.
- Experience with advanced planning solutions such as Kinaxis, SAP, JDA, etc.
- Delivering projects and programs with a global focus for external clients.
