As a Territory Manager, you will represent an innovative portfolio of peripheral intervention solutions used in vascular care and oncology. This is a field-based role where you will combine commercial expertise with clinical engagement, working closely with healthcare professionals to support the adoption of technologies that help improve patient care. You will have the autonomy to develop your territory, identify growth opportunities, and contribute directly to business success across the region. With the majority of travel taking place within the Stockholm area, Stockholm is the preferred location for this position.
Responsibilities:

- Develop and execute territory plans that identify new opportunities and strengthen existing business.
- Build trusted relationships with vascular surgeons, interventional radiologists, nephrologists, nurses, radiographers, laboratory personnel, procurement teams, and healthcare decision-makers.
- Provide clinical and technical support during procedures to ensure successful product use.
- Deliver product training, educational sessions, and hands-on demonstrations for healthcare professionals.
- Support customers with implementation, product adoption, and ongoing clinical education.
- Manage consignment inventory efficiently to ensure product availability and operational excellence.
- Work closely with colleagues across sales, marketing, clinical, and customer support teams to deliver solutions that address customer needs.
Preferred Requirements:
- Experience in medical device hospital sales or a clinical background within an interventional healthcare environment.
- Ability to establish credibility and build long-term relationships with healthcare professionals.
- Strong commercial awareness with the ability to translate opportunities into results.
- Self-motivated and resilient approach with a strong sense of ownership and accountability.
- Excellent planning, communication, and organisational skills.
- Fluency in Swedish and English, a valid driver's licence, and willingness to travel extensively within the territory.
