Finance & Control department in Circle K Business Centre in Riga, Latvia is a part of Global Finance organization and responsible for full accounting and financial reporting cycle for Circle K European operations. Circle K Business Centre in Riga, Latvia is looking for:

Accountant
 

Main responsibilities:

• Performing administrative tasks and analysis for Rebate related tasks, resolving discrepancies and errors;

• Check, prepare and process journal entries, based on information received from the business unit and other partners;

• Perform account reconciliation and analysis, resolve discrepancies and errors;

• Performing periodical closing procedures;

• Handle audit requests;

• Executing and documenting process controls related to financial compliance;

• Performing other department's functions according to a manager's assignment;

• Contribute to process improvement projects.

Main requirements:

• Previous experience within accounting or finance;

• Degree in Accounting, Finance or Economics or a student within this area;

• Fluent in English to communicate with Business Units and colleagues in Europe;

• Previous experience with ERP (JDE experience will be considered as a advantage);

• Excellent communication and collaboration skills;

• Precise, analytical, organized, solution oriented and stress resistant personality;

• Self-motivated, positive, good team player.
