An infrastructure group with operations across Southern Africa is looking for a confident Accountant to join its small finance team. You’ll take responsibility for your own portfolio of entities, gain exposure to cross-border operations and help shape how the team uses systems, data and automation.
There’s variety here: bringing month-end together, keeping audits moving, interpreting financial information and spotting where a better process could make a real difference. Your ideas will have a practical place to land.
You’ll take the lead on:
- Accounting for allocated entities, from daily processing and reconciliations through to month-end and management reporting
- Preparing or supporting financial statements and coordinating external audits
- Supporting tax compliance, cash management and forecasting
- Strengthening controls and improving reporting through technology and automation
