Meet the team:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Staff Program Manager to lead cross-functional initiatives that drive operational excellence, manufacturing expansion, new product introduction and automation initiatives. This role is responsible for managing high-impact programs from concept through implementation, ensuring alignment across Engineering, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Quality, Operations, Finance, and other functional teams.
The ideal candidate is an exceptional program leader with strong project management, stakeholder management, and analytical skills who can successfully deliver multiple programs while balancing scope, schedule, budget, and business priorities.
Where you come in:
- Lead site-level, cross-functional programs from initiation through successful implementation.
- Develop comprehensive program plans, schedules, milestones, budgets, risk assessments, and communication strategies.
- Coordinate activities across Engineering, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Quality, Operations, Facilities, IT, and external partners.
- Drive execution of automation project, manufacturing expansion, new product introduction (NPI), and operational improvement initiatives.
- Monitor program progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation plans to ensure successful delivery.
- Facilitate steering committee/project meetings and provide clear program status updates to leadership.
- Manage dependencies across multiple projects and ensure alignment with organizational priorities.
- Track key program metrics, financial performance, resource utilization, and business outcomes.
- Lead cross-functional problem-solving and decision-making to remove execution barriers.
- Establish governance processes, documentation standards, and best practices for program management.
- Support change management activities, including stakeholder engagement, communication planning, and implementation readiness.

- Demonstrated success leading cross-functional projects from planning through implementation.
- Must have a strong sense of urgency, responding quickly and accurately to stakeholders and management. Organizational skills are crucial
- Strong understanding of project management methodologies
- Active identification of schedule pull-in opportunities
- Ability to operate independently within program guidelines
- Team player with strong listening skills that can take inputs and make informed decisions
- Ability to handle changing priorities to meet deadlines
- Demonstrated ability to communicate throughout the organization, including the executive staff.
- PMP, PRINCE2, Agile, or Scrum certification is preferred.
