Senior Manager, Enterprise Services M&A Integration & Separation (P5)

RTX Corporate is looking for a talented Senior Manager Enterprise Services M&A. The Enterprise Services M&A team supports the successful execution of divestiture separations and acquisition integrations across the full transaction lifecycle, from initial project kick‑off through final Transition Service Agreement exit. The Senior Manager engages core ES service areas—including Business Solutions, Risk & Resilience, Digital Technology, and Real Estate—to drive coordinated planning and delivery for active RTX transactions. This role manages key workstreams, facilitates cross‑functional alignment, and ensures timely execution of functional milestones within agreed budget targets. Working closely with M&A leadership, business units, and enabling functions, the Senior Manager provides the analytical and operational support needed for smooth transitions during both acquisitions and divestitures. Additionally, the Senior Manager helps ensure operational readiness, mitigate risks, and strengthen ES M&A CORE maturity by enhancing processes, tools, and playbooks that enable consistent and repeatable execution.

What You Will Do:

  • Manage defined workstreams within acquisition integration and divestiture separation programs, developing clear plans, timelines, and dependencies, and partnering with ES M&A leadership to align functional milestones to overall objectives and financial targets while driving deliverables, resolving issues, and removing execution obstacles.
  • Proactively assess integration and separation activities, identifying emerging risks and developing Day‑1 readiness, TSA, cutover, and system/process plans that include contingency or corrective actions to address scope changes, budget variances, and other execution issues.
  • Work with ES M&A leaders to escalate risks or gaps to Enterprise Services and deal team leadership in a timely manner.
  • Maintain key program artifacts (project trackers, RAID logs, dashboards, checklists, status reports) with high accuracy and consistency.
  • Facilitate working sessions, cross‑functional meetings, and status updates, driving accountability and helping stakeholders close open items.
  • Conduct analyses to support decision-making, such as TSA scoping, cost tracking, dependency mapping, and integration/separation scenario evaluation.
  • Contribute to strengthening ES M&A CORE maturity by promoting existing tools, capturing best practices, identifying process improvement opportunities, and enhancing the M&A Playbook and associated templates.

Qualifications You Must Have:

  • Experience in M&A integration, divestiture separation, corporate development, project management, or related fields.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills with ability to manage multiple workstreams and deadlines.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills in a matrixed environment.
  • Analytical mindset with experience using data to support decisions and resolve issues.
  • Ability to drive progress and influence without direct authority.
