Rite-Hite is seeking a Senior FP&A Analyst to join our team. In this role, you will support the Finance Director, Distribution in their business partnership with the Distribution leadership team. This position enhances performance visibility, improves forecasting accuracy, and supports data-driven sales and margin optimization initiatives.
This position is located at our Global Headquarters in Milwaukee, Wisconsin with a hybrid schedule requiring a minimum of 3 days on-site.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
- Lead pipeline analytics to evaluate quote activity, conversion trends, and win rates; translate findings into actionable recommendations.
- Lead month-end variance analysis and commentary to help business partners understand business performance trends and opportunities/risks
- Own all new equipment backlog analytics and run a monthly backlog review with sales and operations leadership
- Own the planning and forecasting process for Distribution SG&A spend and Allied product orders and sales revenue.
- Support customer segmentation and Global account analytics to identify growth and margin improvement opportunities.
- Evaluate and model sales territory structures to inform headcount and geographic coverage decisions.
EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting
- 5-7 years of progressive finance experience
- 2-3 years in an FP&A role with exposure to commercial finance preferred
- Experience in industrial manufacturing or distribution environment is preferred
- Advanced degree or professional certification (e.g., CMA, CTP, FPAC) is a plus.
KNOWLEDGE / SKILL REQUIREMENTS:
The ideal candidate will demonstrate:
- Strong analytical and quantitative skills, with proficiency in financial modeling and modern software.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively outside the finance department and across all levels of the organization.
- Detail-oriented with a high degree of accuracy and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- High level of integrity and dependability with a strong sense of urgency and results orientation.
- Adaptable in a fast-paced environment and comfortable with ambiguity
