Job Description

Financial Modeling & Variance Analysis

• Detailed analysis of Raw material costs, Semi-finished Products & Finished products in SAP.
• Partner with Commercial teams in addressing the product margin fluctuations queries.
• Work with the Local Team Leader and assist in forecast and budget preparation.
• Monitor and analyze the plant fixed and variable costs on a monthly basis and provide explanation on those variances.
• Work with the Regional Ops FPA lead and Supply chain teams in monitoring and reviewing the monthly SC G&A expenses
• Monthly review and reporting of Capex spend analysis
• Collaborate with Global Capex & Engineering FP&A in Capex Budgeting and forecast process
• Work with Engineering team, FP&A lead in building the financial modelling for various Capex proposals.
• Proactively identify, analyze and communicate cost trends and issues affecting the business.
• Be able to support Team Lead on various reports as Monthly Results / Cost Absorption / OU and Recap / productivity targets/actuals
• Inventory write-off / disposals control
• Material yield analysis
• SMOG (Slow moving Obsolete Goods) review + actions
• Answer Costing questions & ad hoc requests with a detailed explanation

Financial & Costs Reporting: Deliver Supply Chain and Sourcing Cost Reports

• Prepare Weekly & Monthly reports while providing insights to monitor and control costs
• Prepare and analyze the KPI slides for Supply Chain leadership.
• Deliver ad-hoc requests from On-shore teams

Working on Supply Chain Projects: Work with Business Analysis/Offshore teams to

• Analyze manufacturing costs reports in PowerBI/Onestream/Tableau.
• Review performance reporting metrics and various KPIs in PowerBI/Onestream/Tableau for SC finance teams
