What you'll do:
- Perform routine preventive maintenance and repairs on plumbing systems and related facility equipment to ensure safety and functionality.
- Inspect, diagnose, and document facility conditions, identifying repair or replacement needs and recommending solutions.
- Utilize hand and power tools to dismantle, repair, and reassemble plumbing fixtures and equipment following established guidelines.
- Manage work orders, maintenance schedules, and contractor coordination, ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards.
- Respond promptly to emergency maintenance requests and participate in on-call rotations as required.
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, parts usage, and expenses.
- Adhere to OSHA, EPA, and company policies to maintain a safe work environment.
What you'll bring:
- Proven experience performing preventive maintenance and repairs on plumbing systems within facility environments.
- Ability to diagnose issues using blueprints, repair manuals, and parts catalogs effectively.
- Skilled in operating hand tools, power tools, and material handling equipment safely and efficiently.
- Knowledge of OSHA and EPA regulations to ensure compliance with safety and environmental standards.
- Strong documentation skills for maintenance activities, work orders, and warranty claims.
- Capability to respond promptly to emergency calls and participate in on-call rotations.

The hourly wage range for this position is $33.00 - $63.00* *The actual hourly rate will equal or exceed the required minimum wage applicable to the job location. Additional compensation in the form of premiums may be paid in amounts ranging from $0.35 per hour to $3.00 per hour in specific circumstances. Premiums may be based on schedule, facility, season, or specific work performed. Multiple premiums may apply if applicable criteria are met.

Minimum Qualifications...
