Role description:
As a Graduate Consultant, you will work at the heart of our projects, helping multidisciplinary teams and clients collaborate effectively to achieve successful outcomes. You will be supported in developing your capabilities while contributing to projects that create a positive impact and improve quality of life.
You will have opportunities to gain exposure across a variety of service lines and sectors, building a broad understanding of the solutions we provide to our clients.
Role accountabilities:
- Supporting Consultants, Senior Consultants, and Managers in developing and delivering solutions that contribute to successful project outcomes
- Assisting with the coordination of project activities, including reviewing planned activities, monitoring assigned resources, and liaising with clients and relevant stakeholders
- Taking ownership of assigned deliverables and contributing to various stages of project delivery
- Supporting the assessment of project performance and delivery outcomes from both operational and client perspectives
- Building effective working relationships with clients, external stakeholders, and internal project teams
- Contributing to the successful delivery of assigned workstreams through clear planning, effective communication, and a proactive approach
- Developing proficiency in applying Arcadis processes, methodologies, and tools
Qualifications & Experience:
- A bachelor’s degree in Building Surveying, Building Services Engineering, Interior Design, Quantity Surveying, Engineering, Architecture, Project Management, Account Management, Construction Management, Finance, or another relevant discipline
- Strong communication, coordination, and planning skills
- Good written and verbal communication skills in English
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
- A confident communicator with the ability to build positive working relationships and influence others
- An innovative and creative thinker with a proactive approach to problem-solving
- A collaborative team player who is adaptable and willing to learn
- A genuine interest in addressing key industry challenges and contributing to our purpose of improving quality of life
