Role Description:

As a Graduate Quantity Surveyor, you will support the delivery of cost and commercial management services across both pre-contract and post-contract stages. Working alongside experienced professionals, you will gain practical exposure to a variety of projects while developing your technical and commercial capabilities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Preparing pre-contract cost estimates, cost plans, and project cash flow forecasts
  • Preparing tender documentation and supporting cost information
  • Supporting the tendering process, including tender analysis and evaluation
  • Assisting with post-contract administration and cost management, including contract documentation, progress payment valuations, variation assessments, and cost control reporting
  • Supporting the preparation, negotiation, and finalisation of project final accounts
  • Collaborating with project teams, clients, and other stakeholders to support successful project delivery
  • Developing your technical knowledge and professional capabilities through practical experience and ongoing learning

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Final-year student currently pursuing a degree in Quantity Surveying and expected to graduate in 2027.
  • Basic technical knowledge of measurement, cost estimating, construction technology, contracts, and construction law.
  • Basic understanding of professional practice and contract administration processes.
  • A collaborative team player with a proactive attitude and willingness to learn.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Good spoken Cantonese and written Chinese.
