About This Role:

The Cloud Infrastructure Engineer is responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining secure, scalable, and resilient infrastructure across our hybrid cloud environment. This includes managing and modernizing Azure and AWS cloud resources, Microsoft 365 services, and on-premises systems to support critical homecare services and ensure compliance with industry standards.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in information technology, computer science, or a related field with 5+ years of relevant experience.
• Proven experience in infrastructure engineering, systems administration, or cloud operations in a healthcare or regulated environment.
• Strong expertise in Microsoft Azure (including Entra ID, virtual networks, identity management, and PIM) and AWS (EC2, VPC, IAM, S3).
• Proficiency in Microsoft 365 administration, including Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint, and Intune.
• Solid understanding of networking concepts: LAN/WAN, DNS, DHCP, VPN, VLANs, and firewall configurations.
• Experience with infrastructure-as-code tools (e.g., Terraform, CloudFormation, ARM templates) and automation scripting (PowerShell, Python).
• Experience with security frameworks (CIS, NIST) and compliance requirements (HIPAA, HITECH).
• Strong troubleshooting, documentation, and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, mission-driven environment.
• Strong organizational and time management skills with attention to detail.
• Commitment to confidentiality, ethical standards, and continuous improvement.
• Comfortable working in a small, agile IT team supporting a large, distributed workforce.
