Description
DIRECTOR OF REVENUE ADOPTION & PARTNER ENABLEMENT
THE OPPORTUNITY
We have an exciting opportunity for a Director of Revenue Adoption & Partner Enablement to
join a growing Canadian technology and services company. This newly created leadership role will
work with leadership to build out an operating system to scale the business with a focus on
revenue growth, channel/partner performance, adoption, and cross-functional execution.
The Director of Revenue Adoption & Partner Enablement will design the processes, playbooks,
training, tools and performance measures required to drive consistent adoption across a
distributed network. The focus will be on creating a structured and repeatable operating model
that enables revenue growth and supports efficient national expansion.
This is a strategic commercial enablement leadership role rather than a quota-carrying sales
position. With commercial agreements already established, the focus will be on developing and
implementing the systems, tools, training and processes required to drive adoption and maximize
value at scale.
The role has a national scope and may be based in a major Canadian centre, with Toronto,
Vancouver or Calgary preferred. Travel will be required periodically to support partners,
stakeholders and business priorities across Canada.
THE IDEAL CANDIDATE
The ideal candidate is a builder who has successfully designed and scaled an enablement,
adoption or multi-location operating function. They understand how to take an established
commercial relationship and create the systems, processes and support required to drive
measurable adoption and revenue.
Candidates from franchise operations or franchise business consulting roles at national multi-unit
brands, such as quick-service restaurant, hospitality or retail, will find this a natural fit. They know
how to take a proven system, onboard new locations to it, and drive consistent performance
across many sites with a small team.
This individual brings experience working across a distributed partner, franchise, dealer, customer
or multi-location network where success depends on consistent execution by others. They know
how to develop playbooks, onboarding programs, training, tools and performance frameworks
that are repeatable and scalable without relying on continuous hands-on intervention.
They combine strong operational discipline with a clear understanding of how adoption drives
revenue and are comfortable working with data, establishing meaningful performance measures
and using technology to increase the capacity and reach of a lean team. Industry-specific technical
knowledge is not required; the successful candidate will be fully supported in learning the
business.
RESPONSIBILITIES
• Design and implement a scalable revenue adoption and partner enablement strategy
that supports national growth.
• Build an end-to-end operating model that moves established commercial relationships
from activation through sustained adoption and revenue performance.
• Develop repeatable playbooks, onboarding programs, training, templates,
communication resources and tools that support consistent execution across a
distributed network.
• Establish structured education and enablement programs that equip partners with the
knowledge, resources and support required to drive adoption.
• Define adoption targets, performance measures, stage gates and operating rhythms to
track progress and identify opportunities for improvement.
• Build scalable follow-up, coaching and performance management processes supported
by technology and standardized workflows.
• Establish and optimize the systems, dashboards and workflow tools required to manage
enablement and adoption at scale.
• Build and lead a lean, high-performing team, determining the appropriate roles,
structure and resources required as the function grows.
• Develop operating ratios and processes that increase capacity and coverage without
requiring proportional increases in headcount.
• Monitor adoption, activation, revenue and productivity measures and use performance
data to continuously improve the operating model.
• Partner closely with Sales, Business Development, Operations and Marketing to create a
consistent transition from commercial agreement through activation and ongoing
adoption.
• Lead the national rollout and continuous improvement of the revenue adoption model
across a growing and geographically distributed network.
QUALIFICATIONS
• 8+ years of progressive experience in franchise operations, partner success, channel
enablement, field enablement, multi-location operations or a related function.
• Demonstrated experience building and scaling a repeatable operating model across a
distributed partner, franchise, dealer, customer or multi-location network.
• Proven experience translating an established commercial or partner base into
measurable adoption and revenue growth.
• Experience developing operating processes, playbooks, onboarding programs, training,
templates and enablement tools from the ground up.
• Demonstrated experience leading and developing lean, high-performing teams in a
growth environment.
• Experience establishing measurable adoption, activation, productivity, revenue or
partner-performance metrics.
• Strong working knowledge of technology used to support scalable enablement,
including CRM platforms, learning or training systems, dashboards, workflow tools and
communication platforms.
• Experience working cross-functionally with commercial, operational and marketing
teams.
• Background in franchising, quick-service restaurants, hospitality, multi-location retail or
similar environments is considered an asset.
• Experience supporting national or geographically distributed operations is considered an
asset.
KEY COMPETENCIES

processes.
• Demonstrates strong commercial judgment and understands how adoption and
operational execution contribute to revenue performance.
• Uses data and performance measures to assess results, identify gaps and guide
decisions.

created function.
• Leads lean teams with clear expectations, accountability and a strong focus on
outcomes.
• Builds productive relationships across functions and aligns stakeholders around shared
objectives.
• Adapts effectively within a growing organization where priorities, systems and processes
