Compliance Internship

About the role:
We are looking for a Compliance Intern to join our Global Legal & Compliance team at our Headquarters in Milan.
This internship offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in compliance within a regulated Pharma / MedTech environment, with exposure to anti-corruption, data protection, cybersecurity, and emerging AI regulations

What you will do:

As part of the Compliance team, you will:

• Support compliance activities in line with applicable laws and regulations, industry codes and internal Global Policies, Guidelines, and SOPs.
• Support monitoring developments in Italian and EU healthcare legislation, including data protection, cybersecurity, and AI regulation.
• Support compliance communication and training programs for employees and third parties, including tracking completion of mandatory training.
• Assist with compliance risk assessments, monitoring activities, and internal controls.
• Collect compliance-related data and support reporting and documentation activities.

What we are looking for:

• Bachelor’s degree in Law, Business Administration, Political Science, or a related field.
• Strong interest in compliance and regulated industries (pharma, life sciences, MedTech).
• Basic knowledge or academic background in anti-corruption, data protection, cybersecurity, and AI regulation.
• Fluency in Italian and English.
• Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
• Analytical mindset, attention to detail, and high ethical standards.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work in a team-oriented, international environment.
