Position Summary The Facilities Technician is responsible for maintaining facility infrastructure, utility systems, and building equipment that support aerospace manufacturing operations.

Essential Responsibilities Perform preventive maintenance on HVAC, electrical, plumbing, compressed air, boilers, lighting and building systems; troubleshoot facility equipment; support projects; maintain CMMS records; and conduct safety inspections.

Required Qualifications High School Diploma or GED, 3+ years of industrial maintenance experience, strong troubleshooting skills, and knowledge of facility systems.
