Description
We are looking for a Senior Facilities Specialist to support safe, reliable and efficient workplace operations. This role will work closely with business teams, service partners, landlords and internal support functions to deliver high-quality facilities services while maintaining strong compliance, cost and service controls.
About You – experience, education, skills, and accomplishments :
- 5+ years of experience in corporate facilities management, workplace operations, property services, or a related environment.
- Proven experience managing day-to-day facility operations, vendor services, workplace support, and operational issue resolution.
- Working knowledge of health & safety practices, regulatory requirements, facilities policies, and safe systems of work.
- Experience supporting facilities budgets, purchase orders, invoices, cost tracking, and basic financial controls.
- Strong organizational, communication, and stakeholder management skills, with proficiency in Microsoft Office and facilities/workflow systems.
It would be great if you also had . . .
- Experience working in multinational corporate offices or large, multi-vendor workplace environments, supporting facilities operations and workplace services.
- Proficiency with workplace technologies such as CAFM/IWMS, helpdesk, access control, visitor management, and workplace experience platforms, along with office projects, relocations, and business continuity initiatives.
- Knowledge of facilities management, health & safety, project management, sustainability, or quality management practices, with the ability to use operational data and service metrics to drive continuous improvement.
What will you be doing in this role?
- Manage day-to-day facilities operations to ensure a safe, compliant, functional, and employee-focused workplace.
- Coordinate vendors, service providers, and internal stakeholders, ensuring service quality and timely issue resolution.
- Support workplace health, safety, security, business continuity, and emergency preparedness through inspections and corrective actions.
- Oversee facilities administration, including budgets, invoices, purchase orders, inventory management, cost tracking, and operational reporting.
- Drive workplace improvement initiatives, sustainability efforts, employee experience enhancements, and small-scale facility projects from planning through execution
