- Support the development, implementation, enhancement, and adoption of systems, dashboards, analytics tools, automation initiatives, and AI-enabled solutions to strengthen operational effectiveness and efficiency, reporting capabilities, user experience, and evidence-based decision-making.
- Apply data analytics, statistical, business intelligence, and programming tools (e.g., Python, SQL, R, SPSS, Power BI, Tableau, and Qlik Sense) to deliver valuable insights, improve processes, streamline workflows, develop dashboards and visualizations, enhance reporting and automation capabilities, and support continuous improvement initiatives.
- Maintain documentation, records, audit trails, standard operating procedures, and knowledge repositories to support accountability, governance, continuity, and sustainable operations.
- Perform any other duties and responsibilities as assigned.

- Proven track record in project management, survey administration, data analytics, reporting, governance support, committee servicing, quality assurance activities, quality enhancement initiatives, or institutional improvement projects.
- Ability to analyse and interpret quantitative and qualitative data, apply sound analytical judgment and critical thinking, and translate findings into actionable insights, recommendations, and management information for diverse stakeholders.
- Proven ability to coordinate multiple projects and stakeholders, manage competing priorities, and deliver outcomes effectively under tight timelines through strong organisational, planning, and time management skills.
- Familiarity with higher education quality assurance, quality enhancement, institutional research, student surveys, programme review, accreditation, or related activities would be advantageous.
