MedStar Women's Health is seeking a qualified Women's Certified Nurse Midwife to join our regional service line. We have a need at MedStar Franklin Square Medical Center in Baltimore, MD. Minimal Qualifications Education
- Graduation from an accredited school of Nurse-Midwifery required
Experience
- 1-2 years Clinical nurse midwife experience required
Licenses and Certifications
- RN - Registered Nurse - State Licensure and/or Compact State Licensure in the State of Maryland and/or in the District of Columbia required or
- MIDWIFE - Nurse Midwife - Licensed in the State of Maryland and/or in the District of Columbia required and
- AC-CRN-Midwife MBON - ACCRNMID and
- CPR - Cardiac Pulmonary Resuscitation (includes BLS and NRP) for healthcare providers from either the American Heart Association (AHA) or American Red Cross within 90 Days required and
- Additional unit/specialty certifications may vary by department or business unit.
Knowledge Skills and Abilities
- Verbal and written communication skills.
- Basic computer skills preferred.
