What we need

We are seeking young dynamic professionals who are passionate about driving organisational change through data. The individual should thrive by collaborating with various teams in Sattva and be able to influence without authority, instil behaviour change and solve complex organisation scaling problems with utmost urgency. Individuals will be demonstrating the following abilities on an everyday basis: 

• Data Management including data structuring, collection, automation, generating analytics and actionable insights

• Project Management at scale thTrough regular monitoring and governance with project teams.

• Solving complex organisation’s system and process problems to strengthen management at the central level.

Roles and Responsibilities 

While every day will be different, your role will be the following:

Reporting and Analysis

• Create, review and maintain excel sheets centrally with all project costs data like travel, third party, resourcing etc.

• Share analysis and insights on the metrics with different teams and CFO with regular frequencies.

• Create, review and maintain the overall status of projects across key metrics as decided by the organisation.

 Organisation Planning

• Assist and coordinate with teams to facilitate profit and loss budgeting.

• Work with the Sales team to finalise project pricing, service level agreement and onboarding of projects into the system.

• Participating in meetings, documenting of discussions, collecting feedback, and publishing results
  

Project Management

• Enable and follow routines for regular checks to track and report project status, risks and issues with various organisation teams.

• Provide updated data on various project metrics with clear bottlenecks and solutions.
  

Systems and Process

• Develop various systems and processes to manage profitability and quality of execution. For example, vendor management process, travel booking process, costs approval process.

• Enable business operations team to manage data hygiene, best practices and quality for accurate analysis.

What we are looking for 

• 0-2 years work experience in project management experience at the organisational level.

• A very strong handle on Microsoft excel/google sheets and data analytics skills.

• Passionate and driven organisational change and impact.

• Solution centric and strong problem-solving skills.

• Excellent written and oral communication skills for stakeholder management.

• Strong presentation skills with the ability to communicate complex ideas effectively.

• Self-driven, curious and adaptable personality with the ability to work independently.

• Humility, willingness to listen and learn.
