Job Description Summary

As part of the Clinical Education team, you will play a key role in supporting healthcare professionals in the effective clinical use of GE HealthCare's Computed Tomography (CT) solutions.

As the clinical expert for your modality, you will deliver clinical education, application training, and ongoing customer support to ensure optimal utilization of our systems, enhance clinical outcomes, and maximize customer satisfaction. Working closely with Sales, Service, Product, and Customer Success teams, you will help drive clinical excellence and support business growth across the region.

Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Clinical Education & Training

  • Plan, develop, and deliver tailored clinical training programs for radiologists, radiographers, and healthcare professionals in collaboration with Sales and Service teams.

  • Lead on-site customer training as well as education delivered through the GE HealthCare Academy and digital learning platforms.

  • Ensure successful customer adoption of CT technology through structured onboarding, workflow optimization, and continuous education.

  • Prepare comprehensive post-training reports and provide actionable recommendations based on customer feedback and clinical observations.
     

Clinical Application Support

  • Act as the clinical expert and trusted advisor for GE HealthCare CT solutions and associated clinical applications.

  • Provide advanced application support and guidance to users, helping optimize image quality, workflow efficiency, and clinical outcomes.

  • Support customers during system implementation, upgrades, and new technology adoption.

  • Identify customer needs and recommend best practices to maximize the value of GE HealthCare solutions.
     

Commercial & Business Support

  • Partner with Sales teams to support clinical demonstrations, customer presentations, and clinical case reviews.

  • Contribute to the development of sales strategies by providing clinical expertise and customer insights.

  • Participate in evaluations, proof-of-concept activities, and customer reference visits.

  • Represent GE HealthCare at industry conferences, workshops, trade shows, and educational events through presentations and product demonstrations.
     

Innovation & Knowledge Sharing

  • Support the creation of digital educational content, including videos, webinars, e-learning modules, and training documentation.

  • Remain current with industry trends, emerging CT technologies, and clinical best practices.

  • Share knowledge internally and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives across the Clinical Education organization.

Education & Experience

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification in Medical Imaging, Radiography, Biomedical Engineering, Healthcare Sciences, or a related field.

  • Clinical experience in Computed Tomography (CT) within a hospital or healthcare environment.

  • Hands-on experience operating CT imaging equipment and related clinical workflows.

  • Strong understanding of CT imaging principles, protocols, dose optimization, and image reconstruction techniques.

  • Proficiency with image post-processing and advanced visualization tools.
     

Preferred Qualifications

  • Previous experience delivering clinical training or education programs.

  • Experience with GE HealthCare CT systems and applications.

  • Knowledge of multi-modality imaging environments and radiology workflows.

  • Experience supporting technology implementation projects or clinical workflow optimization initiatives.

  • Fluency in French and Dutch, with professional proficiency in English.

  • Valid driver's license.

  • Willingness to travel frequently across Belgium, Luxembourg, and other assigned territories.

  • Flexibility to provide occasional support during customer events, conferences, and training sessions.
