Description
We are looking for a positive, enthusiastic, and creative team member to join our growing marketing team. The Buyers Edge Platform Marketing Department is seeking a Digital Marketing Specialist with experience developing, creating, and managing multiple digital and paid marketing campaigns, overseeing hundreds of thousands of dollars of advertising spend monthly.
The Digital Marketing Specialist will be responsible for day-to-day management of multiple digital marketing campaigns across paid search, display, and social advertising for multiple brands. Beyond paid media, this role also builds and updates landing pages, supports technical and on-page SEO work, and helps maintain conversion tracking from website to Salesforce. This is a full-funnel execution role, not paid media alone. Much of that work runs through our vendor and agency partners: this person will regularly execute against vendor-delivered recommendations, creative, and campaign builds, and coordinate with the internal team to get questions answered and work reviewed. Work includes keyword research and management, analytics and tracking, campaign implementation, bid and budget management, landing page performance analysis, and campaign reporting. The candidate will be expected to improve campaign efficiency and increase conversions across all of these areas
The ideal candidate will be confident assisting with all PPC activities: keyword and competitor research, optimization best practices, writing creative and conversion-oriented ad copy, and budget management. They should also be comfortable picking up SEO and landing page tasks as they come up. Day-to-day platform work spans Google Ads, Meta (Facebook/Instagram), LinkedIn, ZoomInfo Marketing, and Google Analytics 4 for measurement. This candidate will be able to translate prior campaign experience to our foodservice and hospitality audiences.
We are unable to offer work sponsorship for this role.

- Identify and test optimization opportunities across ad copy and landing pages, including A/B testing
- Ensure campaigns are meeting clearly defined conversion objectives
- Deliver analytics and reporting that shows progress internally
- Maintain knowledge of industry best practices and new technologies
About you:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field
- 2-3 years' experience in paid marketing channels and technologies, specifically Google Ads, Meta (Facebook/Instagram), and LinkedIn
- Working knowledge of Google Analytics 4, with the ability to translate performance data into optimization decisions and reporting
- A proven track record of successful marketing campaigns; foodservice or hospitality experience a plus
- Exposure to SEO fundamentals (technical, on-page, content) and AI search visibility (AEO/GEO: how content gets structured and cited in AI Overviews, ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Perplexity, etc.) is a plus. Willingness to learn both is expected regardless
- Comfort building or updating landing pages and basic HTML/CSS, or willingness to learn
- Comfortable using AI tools (research, drafting, campaign analysis, and similar tasks) to support marketing workflows, regardless of platform
- Proficient in copywriting for ads, landing pages, and email
- Salesforce/Pardot experience a plus
- Comfortable executing work delivered by an external vendor or agency partner, and coordinating internally to keep it moving through review
- Excellent written and verbal communicator
- Experience working under tight deadlines in a fast-moving, shifting-priority environment
