Are you in? Your role Key responsibilities in your new role Support the hardware development and
implementation of Ethernet Switch, PHY, and Bridge solutions for automotive
applications Create application notes and technical
documentation to simplify customer adoption and accelerate development cycles Define, develop, and deliver training
programs for customers as well as internal Infineon teams Collaborate closely with Marketing and
Sales teams to support product roadmap activities and customer engagement Facilitate effective communication and
knowledge sharing with development teams across Infineon’s global locations Develop, implement, and troubleshoot
innovative Ethernet-based solutions to address customer needs and technical
challenges Design and showcase product demonstrations
at international trade shows to highlight the capabilities and benefits of
Ethernet Switch, PHY, and Bridge technologies Your profile Qualifications and skills to help you succeed Bachelor’s degree in computer science,
Electronic Engineering, or a related technical field, with knowledge of
embedded System-on-Chip (SoC) technologies Strong understanding of Ethernet Switches and Automotive Ethernet, combined with 3-5 years of professional experience
in the automotive industry Deep expertise in hardware debugging
methodologies, including root cause analysis and complex issue resolution Hands-on experience with signal integrity
and power integrity analysis, as well as CAD/EDA tools, preferably Altium or
Cadence Proficiency in using laboratory equipment
such as oscilloscopes, protocol analyzers, spectrum analyzers, and power
supplies for validation and troubleshooting Experience in schematic development,
high-speed board design, PCB layout review, power measurements, and overall
system design Strong communication and presentation
skills, excellent English proficiency, a collaborative mindset, and a creative,
structured approach to problem-solving and debugging Additional advantages include EMC
compliance testing experience, Python scripting for test automation, basic
C/C++ debugging skills, German language knowledge, and willingness to travel
