Where You'll Make a Difference

• Own critical Inventory and Cost Accounting processes that directly impact financial accuracy and business performance.

• Ensure seamless month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close activities across global operations.

• Drive inventory transparency, costing accuracy, and financial compliance through robust controls and reconciliations.

• Partner with global finance, manufacturing, and business teams to support strategic decision-making.

• Lead process improvement initiatives that enhance efficiency, standardization, and automation.

What Makes You the Right Fit?

• Qualified CMA or MBA (Finance) with 3+ years of experience in Inventory Accounting, Cost Accounting, or R2R.

• Strong understanding of Manufacturing Accounting, Inventory Accounting, and Product Costing.

• Hands-on experience with SAP FI/CO and inventory-related processes.

• Knowledge of account reconciliations, inventory controls, accruals, and financial reporting.

• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.

• Ability to work in a dynamic environment with strict month-end deadlines.

How Would You Stand Out?

• Experience with BlackLine and advanced reconciliation processes.

• Exposure to SAP CO-PCA and manufacturing cost structures.

• Proven track record in driving process improvements, standardization, and automation projects.

• Strong expertise in inventory reconciliations, inventory movement analysis, and costing activities.

• Ability to collaborate effectively with global teams across multiple time zones.

• Excellent communication, presentation, and training skills.

The sale is presently expected to close in the first half of 2027, pending regulatory approvals and other closing conditions. The Food Ingredient business unit will remain a part of IFF until close and, at such time, it will transition to CVC Capital Partners.
