Lead portfolio- and program-level coordination across Lighthouse Programs, partnering with Program Leads, Product Managers, ERP and IT leaders, and business sponsors to ensure scope, schedule, and value commitments are achieved.
Embed benefits realization and adoption measurement into transformation initiatives to ensure value is sustained beyond implementation and that Lighthouse Programs consistently achieve committed scope, schedule, and budget objectives.
Provide enterprise-wide visibility into portfolio health, risks, dependencies, resource capacity, and business outcomes through outcome-driven reporting and executive dashboards.
Own portfolio-level resource and capacity planning, proactively identifying constraints and enabling informed prioritization decisions across initiatives.
