For this position, the perfect Rhino should have the following skills:
- 3+ years of experience as a SAP HCM Payroll
- Experience with SAP HCM and the following modules: PA/OM & PY
- Strong aptitude applied to payroll calculations, wage types, and payroll schema logic within the SAP HCM environment
- Familiarity with programming concepts that support reading and interpreting SAP HCM payroll schemas and rules (recomendable)
- Capable of supporting and upskilling junior team members, sharing SAP HCM functional knowledge through guidance and on-the-job training
- Fluency in English (C1)
- Availability for Remote model (based in Portugal)
- Based in Portugal with Portuguese or EU citizenship, or a valid work permit
