Who We Are
GXBank is the FIRST digital bank in Malaysia approved by Bank Negara Malaysia (BNM). Backed by Grab, our mission is simple yet powerful: to leverage cutting-edge technology to serve the unserved and underserved—the everyday Malaysians and MSMEs who need it most.
We are a team driven by passion, innovation, and a shared purpose to redefine the financial landscape. If you're tired of legacy systems and want to build something that truly matters, you belong here.
What You’ll Be Doing
Serve as a key member of the Regional Finance Team and responsible for managing critical financial projects that are foundational to our growth and success.
Execute the development and launch of new financial products, ensuring they are built on a solid foundation of accounting principles, regulatory compliance, and scalable processes.
New Product Development: You will be responsible for assessing the financial and regulatory implications, defining accounting and reporting requirements, and ensuring the successful integration of new products into our finance systems.
SFRS(I), IFRS & Accounting Excellence: Ensure the financial projects and new products adhere to the latest Singapore Financial Reporting Standard (International) (“SFRS(I)”) and International Financial Reporting Standards (“IFRS”), with a particular focus on the nuances of SFRS(I) 9 and IFRS 9 for a digital lending portfolio. You will provide guidance on complex accounting treatments and ensure the integrity of our financial data.
Stakeholder Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders, including Product, Technology, Risk, and Compliance teams, to ensure seamless project execution.
